Scope
This policy describes how LinQ Force (リンクフォース株式会社, “we”) handles user information on our websites, in our games and applications, and when responding to inquiries. We also explain service-specific features and information practices in service notices or specific policies. Where this policy and a service-specific policy differ, the specific policy takes precedence for that service. External websites, including advertising destinations, follow their own operators’ policies.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and attachments you provide. Servers may record IP addresses, access times, requested pages and browser information to deliver and securely operate our websites. We obtain information through appropriate means.
How we use information
We use information as necessary to operate our services, respond to inquiries, investigate issues, improve quality, prevent misuse, send necessary communications and comply with legal requirements. Where required, we will notify you and obtain consent before using information for other purposes.
Language settings and browser storage
On your first visit, this website reads the language preference provided by your browser to display Japanese or English. A language you select manually is saved in your browser’s local storage for future visits. We do not provide a function that sends this preference to our servers. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Service data and on-device storage
Depending on their features, our games and applications may store progress, preferences and other service data on your device. If a service collects information through account registration, online storage or other features, we explain the information collected, its purposes and storage practices in that service’s notices or specific policy. If you provide save data or logs for support, we use them to respond to your inquiry or investigate issues. Device backups are subject to the settings and policies of your operating system and backup services.
Advertising services
Services that display advertising may use external advertising services such as Google AdMob. For ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, providers’ SDKs or similar tools may collect and transmit information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions, usage information and diagnostics. The providers used and actual processing vary by service, SDK version, configuration, region and your choices. Your choices
You can review available advertising and tracking controls in your device’s privacy settings. Please review any consent messages presented to you. Available controls vary by operating system, region and app version.
Sharing and service providers
We provide personal information to third parties based on your consent or a legal basis permitted by applicable law. Where we engage service providers for operations or support, we limit processing to what is necessary and exercise appropriate oversight. Security and retention
We take necessary and appropriate measures to protect information against leakage, loss, damage and unauthorized access. We retain information for as long as necessary for its purposes and applicable legal requirements, then appropriately delete it or render it non-identifiable.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information we hold about you, contact us at the email address below. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. You may need to contact an advertising provider directly about information it independently holds.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. We will publish the revised policy and update date on this page and provide further notice where required by law.
